Transfer of gas connection

SNGPL accepts online applications for transfer of gas connections on its behalf. For the following reasons:

  • Property heritage
  • Lease change
  • Buying a new property

Buying a new property:

If you want to buy a new property and transfer the property before Sui gas connection to your name, you can apply for the following documents:

  • Written request for transfer of Sui gas connection by the current owner.
  • Copy of the last bill paid by the previous or current owner
  • Affidavit (Bayen e halfi) Rs. 100 legal stamp papers.
  • Photocopy of ownership documents ie Registered Sale Deed, Fard/Mutation of Ownership or Transfer Deed.

Assets:

Now you can also change the ownership of your legacy connection to your Name. Documents required to change the connection:

  • Written request for change of ownership of gas connection
  • photocopy of the last invoice paid
  • Photocopy of CNIC
  • affidavit of Rs. 100 legal stamp paper
  • Copy of the death certificate of the current owner
  • Photocopy of ownership documents (latest Fard or deed of gift)

Directions:

  • The application will be submitted at the Regional office and online through the official website of SNGPL.
  • The order process is complete until the next billing cycle.
  • The business development department of SNGPL is responsible for the transfer of gas connection.
  • No Objection Certificate (NOC) is not a mandatory requirement of SNGPL for transfer of Sui Gas Connection from previous owner to present owner.
  • All fees must be cleared before ordering.
  • SNGPL does not charge any fee for application processing.
